Can I see the guest list and/or agenda?
We do not share our guest list, outside of a selection of confirmed guests, prior to the week before the event, when this is shared alongside the event's macro themes. We will release the full agenda before the event, so we kindly ask that you do not ask us for this in advance. 

 

What is the dress code?
The dress code is smart casual — no suit nor tie required!

 

Where will the CFO Forum take place?

CFO Forum will take place in at 1 Wimpole Street from 14:00 - 18:00 followed by a drinks reception until 20:00.

 

Can I invite a guest to join me at the CFO Forum?
To maintain the curated serendipity of our events, we have a strict one representative per company policy. As our event is invite-only, plus ones are not permitted. 

 

Why is Founders Forum under Chatham House Rule and what is it?
CFO Forum takes operates under Chatham House Rule, which means you cannot attribute anything that is said at the forum without permission from whomever has said it – this includes on social media. This is because we believe the most productive discussions take place when all of our guests can be open and candid in their views and thinking, safe in the knowledge that our event is closed to only those in attendance.

 

Why am I having trouble submitting my biography?

The word count is 450 characters, including spaces. Please note any biography over 450 characters including spaces will not be accepted and needs to be edited to meet our requirements before submitting.

 

When is the latest I can RSVP?
Although registration will not close until 28 October 2025 (two weeks before the event), we ask that you let us know whether or not you can attend at your earliest convenience. This helps ensure we can extend an invite to another leading innovator in the event that you cannot attend. Spaces are limited, so we recommend registering as soon as you can to secure your spot.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Registration for CFO Forum will close at 12:00 (GMT) on 28 October 2025.

Our events are free-to-attend, highly curated, and not-for-profit. The Founders Forum events cancellation policy applies for cancellations made less than two (2) weeks before the event, Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 12:00 (GMT) being the deadline, and/or for not attending the event. Cancelling your attendance after this date or a no-show onsite to any event will result in a £250.00 plus VAT cancellation fee invoiced after the CFO Forum. Personal circumstances concerning health will be permitted exceptions. We are proud that our events remain free-to-attend for our curated network and the cancellation fee will contribute to the running of our not-for-profit events. Please ensure you notify us (csuite@ff.coas soon as possible if you will not be attending, to allow us to offer your place to someone else. By ticking the Cancellation Policy box in your registration form and registering for the activities of your selection, you are accepting the Founders Forum events cancellation policy.
