We completely understand that plans can change! Here's what you need to know:

Registration closes at 12:00 GMT on 11 November 2025.

Since we keep our events free and carefully curated, we do have a cancellation policy for changes made less than two weeks before the event (after 11 November 2025 at 12:00 GMT) or for no-shows. In these cases, there's a £250.00 plus VAT fee to help us continue offering these valuable free events to our community. For late cancellations, payment will be charged to the credit card provided during registration. 

Of course, we completely understand that health circumstances are beyond anyone's control, so these are always exceptions to the policy.

If your plans change, please let us know at csuite@ff.co as soon as possible — this allows us to offer your spot to another amazing CMO who's eager to join the conversation!
