What is your cancellation policy?

Registration for Founders Longevity Forum London will close at 17:30 (BST) on Monday 9 June 2025. 

Our events cancellation policy applies for cancellations made less than four (4) weeks before the event, Friday 13 May 2025 (12.00pm BST) being the deadline, and/or for not attending the event. Cancelling your attendance after this date or a no-show onsite will mean your ticket will not be eligible for a refund. Personal circumstances concerning health will be permitted exceptions. Please ensure you notify us (theteam@ff.co) as soon as possible if you will not be attending, to allow us to offer your place to someone else. By ticking the Cancellation Policy box in your registration form and registering for the activities of your selection, you are accepting the Founders Forum events cancellation policy.
