Can I see the guest list and/or agenda?

We'll share the guest list and full event agenda with you the week before the event through our event app. We're excited for you to see who you'll be connecting with!

 

What is the dress code?

We keep it relaxed with smart casual attire. Feel free to leave the suit and tie at home and come as your comfortable, professional self!

 

Where will the CMO Forum take place?

We'll be gathering at Hoxton Holborn on 25 November 2025 from 12-5pm. We can't wait to welcome you there!

 

Can I invite a guest to join me at the CMO Forum?

We'd love to accommodate everyone, but to preserve curated connections that make our events special, we maintain a policy of one representative per company. Since our event is invite-only, we're unable to accommodate plus ones, but we hope you'll find the intimate setting creates even more meaningful conversations.

 

Why is CMO Forum under Chatham House Rule and what is it?

CMO Forum operates under Chatham House Rule, which simply means you're welcome to share insights and learnings from the event, but please don't attribute specific comments to individuals without their permission — including on social media. We've found this creates the perfect environment for open, honest discussions where everyone feels comfortable sharing their real thoughts and experiences. It's all about fostering those genuine, candid conversations that lead to the best insights!

 

Why am I having trouble submitting my biography?

Your biography needs to be 450 characters or less (including spaces) as it will appear on our event app. Think of it as your elevator pitch!

 

When is the latest I can RSVP?

While registration stays open until 11 November 2025 (two weeks before the event), we'd really appreciate hearing from you as early as possible! This helps us extend invitations to other brilliant CMOs if you're unable to join us. Since spaces are limited, we'd recommend securing your spot sooner rather than later — we'd hate for you to miss out!

 

What is your cancellation policy?

We completely understand that plans can change! Here's what you need to know:

Registration closes at 12:00 GMT on 11 November 2025.

Since we keep our events free and carefully curated, cancelling within two weeks or a no-show onsite may impact future invitations to FF events.

If your plans change, please let us know at csuite@ff.co as soon as possible — this allows us to offer your spot to another amazing CMO who's eager to join the conversation!
